Statement from Trafford Conservatives

Following accusations from a Labour party activist, subsequently reported by Kate Green MP, accusing a Trafford Conservative councillor of claiming that a person with learning difficulties “shouldn’t be voting”, Trafford Conservatives today issue a full denial of the comment attributed to one of its members.
